Description

A new exciting and refreshing sparkling white wine, crisp and dry. With only 11% alcohol and no added sugar, it is the perfect aperitif – light and natural, but with fizz. 

 
Wine made from organic grapes and vinified with natural yeast. Secondary fermentation with sparkling wine yeast.

 
Tasting Notes

Bright, light sparkling wine.  On the nose, hints of citrus revealing a delicate aroma.  Light small bubbles make the wine lively and refreshing.  On the palate, it has a beautiful mineral acidity which  fills the mouth with fresh and light summer aromas , which are long-lasting.

Serving suggestions

Great as an aperitif and with light starters such as seafood. Excellent for the end of a meal, especially with fruit-based desserts.
